Deleting a user box

You can delete the Box of the HDD job you select from the list.

This procedure differs between a case in which the folder and Box are password protected and that in which the folder and Box are not password protected.

1. Select a folder from the list.

   If the folder is password-protected, click . The Unlock screen is displayed.

2. Enter the Password, and click OK.

   If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.

3. Click Delete Box in Job Management.

   • supplementary explanationYou can also select Delete Box from the right-click menu to delete a Box.

   • supplementary explanationIf the selected Box contains any job, it cannot be deleted.

   A message is displayed.

4. Click Yes.
