Web Browser Settings

JavaScript

JavaScript must be enabled. Follow the procedure below to check the setting.

  • Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options from Tools, select the Security tab, and then click Custom Level in order to select the option marked "Enable" for Active scripting.

  • Firefox: JavaScript is enabled by default. For details, refer to the Firefox Help.

  • Microsoft Edge: JavaScript is enabled. If the use of JavaScript is disabled on the computer side, set to Enable.

Cookie

Cookies must be enabled. Follow the procedure below to check the setting.

  • Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options under [Tools], select the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to the High privacy setting.

  • Firefox: Select Options - Privacy from Tools, and select Use custom settings for history from the Firefox will drop-down list. In the options that now become available, check Save Cookie.

  • Microsoft Edge: Select UTILITY on the upper right of the screen, - Settings - View advanced settings - Cookies. Then, select Don't block cookies.

Cache

Check the following cache setting from the Web browser.

  • Internet Explorer: Select Internet Options under Tools, select the General tab, and then click Settings under Temporary Internet Files to specify Every time I visit the webpage under Check for newer versions of stored pages:. (for Internet Explorer 11)

  • Firefox: Select Options from Settings, select Advanced - the Network tab, and select Override automatic cache management under Cached Web Content to set the cache capacity to 0 MB. (for Firefox 43)

Tips
  • Some Web browser versions may provide different menus and item names. For details, refer to the Help for the Web browser.
