Description

Print

Prints the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

Job Settings

Displays the Job Settings screen.

Delete/Cancel

Delete: Deletes the selected job (displayed when a job other than an active job is selected).

Cancel: Cancels uploading of the selected job. (Displayed when an active job is selected.)

Duplicate

Copies the selected jobs (multiple jobs are selectable as needed).

Store

Copies the selected jobs to HDD jobs. (Multiple jobs can be selected.)

Merge

Displays the Job Merging screen.

Page Edit

Displays the Page Edit screen.

Tone Curve Adjustment

Displays the Tone Curve Adjustment screen.

Export

Outputs the hold jobs to a file. Only the administrator can perform this operation. For details about the operation procedure, refer to Exporting a Hold Job.

Upload/Import Job

Upload: Uploads a file to be imported as a hold job, HDD job, or secure job. For details about the operation procedure, refer to Uploading a Job.

Import: Imports the backup file into a hold job. For details about the operation procedure, refer to Importing a job.

Create Folder

Creates a new folder for HDD jobs. Up to 1,002 folders can be created (1 folder in root, 1 folder in Public, and 1,000 folders created ordinarily).

Up to 64 one-byte characters (32 two-byte characters) can be entered for a folder name.

Enter the password as needed. You can enter up to 64 one-byte characters for the password.

Create Box

Creates a new Box. Up to 1,000 boxes can be created for each of the HDD box and secure box.

HDD box: The box name can be specified using up to 20 one-byte characters (10 two-byte characters) .

Enter the password as needed. You can enter up to 8 one-byte characters for the password.

Secure box: The box name and password can be specified using up to 8 one-byte characters.

The password is required.

Delete Folder

Deletes the folder.

Delete Box

Deletes a box.

Rename Folder

Displays the Rename Folder screen.

Rename Box

Displays the Rename Box screen.

Unlock/Lock

Unlock: Displays the Unlock screen.

Lock: Locks the unlocked folder or box again.
