A to Z

Displays an address in which the initial character of the reference name is an alphabet.

Others

Displays an address in which the initial character of the reference name is a symbol.
It also displays addresses whose reference names are not registered.

Main

Displays only addresses which were registered as Main address.
A machine administrator registers the Main address.
For details, contact your machine administrator.

All

Displays all addresses.

down, up

Switches between pages which display addresses.
Hold down the button to switch pages continuously.

Option Setting

Displays the E-mail Option Setting screen.
For details, refer to Scan to E-mail Setting.

Input Address

Displays the Input Address screen.
For details, refer to Scan to E-mail Setting, Scan to HDD Setting, Scan to FTP Setting, Scan to SMB Setting, or Scan to WebDAV Setting.

Search

Displays the Search screen.
For details, refer to Address Search.

Clear All

Clears all the addresses selected.

Register/Edit

Displays Add, Change, and Delete.
